Pearl Event Management starts up to 3 months before your wedding. I understand that it takes more than 4 weeks to get to know the details of your wedding in order to show up on your day fully present. This package is for the couple who have almost everything planned. I'll create your timeline, take over vendor communication, set up on the day of, handle the ceremony flow, and handle teardown so you can focus on what matters.

This is for the couple that wants to hand over their vision and let someone else handle business. From vetting and booking vendors, creating the design of your day based on your vision, building your timeline, being there day of, and all the days in-between leading up to your wedding I handle it all. This package typically starts 9-12 months out, but can be for anyone who wants a full plan at a moment's notice.

I deliver high-quality content fast. A story recap and a full digital gallery within 24 hours, so you can relive your day the next day.
My partner and I work together to blend into your day, capturing candid moments without disrupting the flow. You won't know we are there, but we work with your planner, photographer, videographer, and other important vendors to be a cohesive team and get that sweet, candid footage.
We do offer hour based packages that are local to the area (Spokane and Coeur D' Alene) at $150.00 per hour. Send an inquiry to discuss your needs.
