Vendor Communication & Confirmation
We’ll connect with your vendor team to finalize arrival times, setup needs, and event flow.

Venue Walkthrough (If Local or Virtual)
A detailed review of layout, logistics, and contingency plans.

On-Site Coordination
Bold is present the day of — managing setup, vendor arrivals, timeline execution, and transitions.

Set Up & Strike 
We manage the timeline and oversee vendor and layout execution. We also set-up and take down chairs/tables. Counts over 75 will have an additional fee. 

Access to Bold’s Emergency Kit & Expertise
Peace of mind with a stocked essentials kit and an experienced team who can adapt with grace.

Lead Coordinator + Assistant (as needed)
Depending on guest count and complexity, we ensure the right team is on-site for smooth coverage.
Additional fee will apply for guest counts over 150.

Decor Setup: We will work with you to set-up and take down your decor building a cohesive plan so everything is accounted for at the end of the evening.
